It would be beneficial if I could send out an email to a submitter from my own email adress after a submission. Right now I can only do this through a workflow, using makeforms' email adress (<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-indigo-500 dark:text-indigo-300 cursor-pointer" href="mailto:collect@makeforms.io">collect@makeforms.io</a>). I would like to send out a confirmation email to a submitter that I have received the form and we will call him/her back soon. It would be beneficial to strengthen the leads.

This is a compliance practice which makes it mandatory for users to agree to a checkpoint and only then submit the form.

Enhancement: Mandatory legal consent acceptance: Users can’t select “I don’t accept.” They must agree to proceed.

There are two options: workspace members and external members. Email verification for notifications is in place.

Right now there's no way to use&nbsp;the OpenAI completion that shows up on the thank you page.- Could you please include the completion&nbsp;in the results dashboard of the form?- Also, would it be possible to make this completion available through the Zapier integration?Thank you!

In workflows, the 'Send email' feature is very basic, we can't use an advanced layout with columns, images, etc. It would be great if we could input an HTML code to use for the email, that would be generated with a tool like tabular.email

With the Vault API, we can generate results linked to images, such as a thumbnail that is a screenshot of a URL. However, it is currently not possible to display the image anywhere in the form or on the Thank You page. It would be beneficial to have an image field based on a URL of an image on the web. The URL could be static, generated by calculation, or via an API like <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-indigo-500 dark:text-indigo-300 cursor-pointer" href="https://randomuser.me/api/">https://randomuser.me/api/</a>.

Allow setting redirection for a custom domain, when the base URL is accessed directly. Example: Suppose we have a custom domain set up as forms.company.com. If a user visits forms.company.com directly, they would be redirected to a URL, such as company.com, which we would set in the Manage Domain page.

Atm it looks like date fields force you to type out the day month year. It’d be great to create an option for a traditional calendar date picker so you can easily select from a calendar interface.

Ability to set alternative (usually shorter) name for form fields that appears in the backend when viewing the results, building logics, workflows, etc.This name, if set, takes place of the long name that is derived from an input's label, and will improve the user experience.

I would like the ability to fill the form by using an API call / Vault piece. Ideally,pre filling at launch would be great, but even the ability to prefill by a button would be incredible. (I’m still exploring the possibility of this already working). This alone could allow for passing info for users to “edit” their form submissions (pulling current submission data- then passing the new form fill to update 3rd party CMS).And dreaming…possibilities of using AI APIs to complete a form with very few inputs.

For SEO purposes, I usually embed the form on a page that is optimized for SEO. However, most users ultimately only require the form, which functions like an online tool. To cater to both needs, it is beneficial to have a button on the main page that opens the form independently. Nevertheless, for SEO purposes, it’s essential that the form’s URL is linked to the main page using rel=canonical.

When a form field is completed (ex; single choice) the form will automatically move to the next field, creating a fluid experience for the user without always needing to press enter or continue.

Auto Scroll (One at a Time)

When viewing the results of a form (in the Simple View), one might apply various filters, sorting, show/hide columns, etc. to process hundreds of submissions.It would greatly improve the user experience if the state of the columns, filters, and sorts can be saved as a pre-configured "View". Ability to Save Different Views

Form fillers must be able to log in with a username/password or email and OTP to view their submissions, download the submissions as a PDF, modify submissions (if allowed) and continue filling in partially filled and save submissions.... may even be allowed to duplicate their submissions. Scenario: Application Form for Admission. Prospective Student Fills in Form. Fills in a 'username', 'password' and 'repeat password' along with email (verified with OTP). Fills in the form. Form has a approved/rejected state that is seen/toggled only by admin Student gets response, can log in to the customer portal using username/password or username/otp and see the approval and do some actions like download a PDF document (acceptance letter, for e.g.). In short, a portal where the fillers can log in again to see their submissions. This is form making on steroids and will become a full fledged application.
